Who is Mark Derian?
Mark received his masters in clinical psychology from Columbia University, then he was politely asked to leave the program due to philosophical disagreements (now it’s called being “cancelled”). Soon after, he developed a unified theory of the field, which he now applies to psychotherapy.
Is Mark a revolutionary, leading the way to a new era of mental health? Or is he a quack? Schedule a free consultation and decide for yourself.
What are his qualifications?
Two masters degrees, two theses, enough credit for a PhD, a dissertation, and more than 1500 supervised hours. He does not have a license, which he has never sought since it would impede proper therapy. More on this here. Plus, a license would implicitly support the APA, an organization that has come to be in direct opposition to psychological health over the last 30 years. More on this here.
